The Trust recognises that the key to the children’s future is a quality education. To achieve this, the children are educated at fee-paying schools. This is because the class sizes are smaller and the teachers are more dedicated than in the state schools.
It costs about £300 (UK pounds) per year for a child to attend a fee-paying primary school and slightly more for secondary schools.

Thanks to generous donations Calvary Zion Children's Home purchased some land where they have built two houses to provide a comfortable home for the children.
There is space for the children to play in and to grow crops and keep animals.
Further construction work is underway to provide accommodation for staff and volunteers.

We supported the Calvary Zion teenagers to hold a Dancethon fundraiser. This raised sufficient funds to kick start an income generating project. They plan to purchase two breeding pigs. and sell the piglets. This ongoing income will be used to supplement their further education fees in the future.
